This 6 month Ayurveda course will prepare you to balance for spring and summer months.

Do you find yourself getting sick every spring? 

Do you experience burn out in summer? 

We will work together, under the Ayurvedic guidance of Haylee Warner to build your personal map to better health and balance. There are simple and small adjustments we can make to find solutions to the aspects of our life that make us compromise our feeling our best.

What Is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of healing which is translated to mean "the science of life." According to Ayurveda, everything is made up of a unique combination of five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space.  Ayurveda seeks to maintain an equilibrium of these five elements within each individual.  

In each session we will map out a seasonal tool box that includes taste (diet), sound (mantra), sight (color therapy), smell (aromatherapy) and touch (massage).

Ayurveda is a lifelong journey of learning, balance and healing.  My goal for you is to provide you with practical and achievable steps that you can take yourself between sessions. Working together should feel like consistent and manageable progress towards your overall goals for these 2 seasons.

In this course we will

-Discover your possible dosha & imbalance

-Learn how to view spring & summer through an ayurvedic lens

-Learn what seasonal foods are best for each of us uniquely

-Create a mantra & soundscape to help us balance

-Understand how color can affect our overall wellbeing

-Curate the scents we use to help us feel our best

-Create an individualized optimal morning and night routine

-Practice self massage

-Try a spring detox that includes all 3 meals

-Build a supportive group environment to help us stay accountable
