Seasonal Wellness Meetup

This group is for holistic wellness enthusiasts or practitioners to share their questions, expertise and practices with each other. We will meet once every other month at Everybody Movement & Wellness to talk about the current seasonal shift, what we have found to help, or ask questions about how we can find better balance. I started this group to build a community around health and well being so that we can continue to learn from each other and find space to experience all of our beautiful seasons together. 

We will meet the 3rd Friday, every other month 7-8:30pm 3/20, 5/15, 7/17, 9/18, 11/20 at Everybody: Movement & Wellness 4305 Locust St.
